Psagot Spirit is everything that is beyond wine and which is inspired by it – Wine & Beyond. We always knew that wine is a gateway to a broad and mysterious world, we were just waiting for the opportunity to unlock it and let all that is beyond appear and develop at the precise moment. We opened ‘Psagot Spirit’ especially now, during the difficult period we are experiencing these days. It is a new venture born of a desire and commitment to bolster the spirit, everything that is beyond wine but is strongly bound to it – nature, aesthetics, lifestyle and sustainability.

Café-Patisserie

During the Passover holiday, guided tours and wine tastings will be offered (by prior reservation), alongside a dairy café kosher for Passover, Kitniyot-free (certified by the Binyamin Regional Rabbinate). At the winery complex, you’ll also find a wine shop with special offers for club members, a nursery with beautiful plants, home and garden décor items, and a vintage shop featuring a unique, handpicked collection of clothing, shoes, and jewelry sourced from around the world.

Psagot Café-Patisserie was established during the Iron Swords War, bringing a touch of sweetness and quality during challenging times. For those who appreciate buttery delights and authentic French pastries, we offer a range of handmade, locally baked treats, paired with excellent coffee and delightful surprises. There is no need to reserve in advance – just come by! We are open all week, and the celebration is in full swing on Fridays.

Home is Garden

We have a natural bond with nature, the source from which we create everything we do and the nursery is an old dream that found the right time and place to come true. The winery’s nursery is a local nursery, adapted to the diverse Benjamin terroir.

We will professionally provide the plants suited to our wonderful mountain area, ranging from blossoming planters and spice plants to rare cacti, air plants, fruit and decorative trees and unique house plants.

Home Decor & Furniture

To complete the picture, the nursery imports planters, unique dishes, furniture and items for the house and garden, made of various materials. Some of the items are reusable and environmentally friendly.

Our store offers an array of garden maintenance equipment, potting mixes, stones, work tools and parts of irrigation systems and, of course, a tasty bite… Our nursery also offers good coffee, refreshing fruit shakes, the patisserie that enriches the menu and a variety of pop-up surprises based on what we feel like preparing that morning.

Vintage Wedding Gowns

Wearing vintage means giving new life to items of the past. For years, the winery wines have been part of thousands of events and festivities… we hold weddings here every evening where another couple takes its first steps as a married couple. It is a great privilege for us. It was only natural for us to open the studio for vintage wedding gowns in our yard. We are very moved by this renewal of decade-old wedding gowns that wake up and come to life once again.

 

Dear brides to be, we have collected an array of gowns from various places all over the world reflecting the fashion trends of the last 100 years. It is not like vintage, it is not vintage style – it’s the real thing! Real vintage dresses, some 100 years old and more, and some from the wonderful 1990’s. They are all original dresses in excellent condition. Each dress comes with a story of its own and you are adding your personal story to it too.

 

Vintage is back, taking over the best fashion houses and international award ceremonies where the stars are all dressed in gowns from the ‘60s and ’70s. It is also great to know that it helps and preserves the environment for the future generations.
