Psagot Sinai White

The various plots were harvested at the optimal ripening stage and fermented separately, after the fermentations the wines were combined into a white blend. Psagot Sinai White is a refreshing, aromatic, elegant, and fruity wine, with rich aromas and flavors of melons and pears, with a supportive acidic structure and long finish.

Type of soil

Grapes are harvested from several vineyards north of the Judean mountains, 700-900 meters above sea level.
