Psagot Malbec

In 2017, Psagot Winery introduced Psagot Malbec as a special edition in honor of the 70th anniversary of the State of Israel. Due to its success and high quality, the winery continued to produce this varietal as a unique wine. Psagot Malbec is an elegant, rich wine with aromas and flavors of red and purple fruits. It has a medium body, a tight structure, a supporting acidic backbone, fine but dry tannins, and restrained alcohol

Type of soil

Grapes for Malbec wine are  harvested from vineyards in the northern Jerusalem mountains, range situated 900 meters above sea level

Barrel aging

Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels
