Psagot Peak is a blend of Southern French varietals adapted to the Israeli climate. This rich and aromatic wine features notes of black fruit, black pepper, dark chocolate, dried flowers, and minerals. It has a compact structure with a velvety texture and a distinct acidic tone. Psagot Peak is expected to age well under optimal conditions.
