Psagot Chardonnay

Grapes for Psagot Chardonnay are harvested from vineyards planted upon soft chalk rocks north of Jerusalem 50% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for four months and has a concentrated, acidic body. It is a rich aromatic, and mildly alcoholic wine which makes it perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes.
