Psagot Chardonnay is crafted from grapes harvested in vineyards situated on soft chalky soils north of Jerusalem. The wine was aged in French oak barrels, producing a concentrated, vibrant acidity. This Chardonnay offers a rich aromatic profile and a balanced, moderate alcohol content, making it an excellent complement to a wide range of dishes.
