Psagot Fairy Dust is a premium grain-based vodka distillate, infused with cherries and cocoa beans. It undergoes precise distillation in a traditional copper alembic still and is aged for 24 months in Psagot Chardonnay barrels. The aging process adds depth, smoothness, and complex layers of flavors and aromas.

On the nose: Fruity aromas of ripe cherry and pineapple, accented by hints of cocoa and a delicate oak background. On the palate: A smooth, velvety texture and rich body, with notes of caramel and a well-balanced, caressing finish.
