Psagot White Peak

Psagot White Peak is an elegant blend of Chardonnay and Viognier, harvested at night to preserve the fruit’s freshness. The wine underwent alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and was aged for six months in new French oak barrels. It presents aromas of melon, citrus, cedarwood, and a hint of toast, with a rich texture, refreshing acidity, and flavors of tropical fruit, minerality, and subtle smokiness. This is a rich, complex, fresh, and smooth wine – perfect as an apéritif or paired with cheeses, fish, or light poultry dishes.
