Psagot Sparkling Rosé Extra Brut
The grapes for the Psagot Sparkling Rosé Extra Brut were hand-harvested at night from our finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains, capturing their fresh flavors at optimum ripeness. The wine began fermentation in stainless steel, aging on its lees for six months before undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle using the traditional Champagne method. This meticulous process, including an eight-year bottle aging, has resulted in a sparkling rosé with a rich, elegant, and refreshingly stylish complexity a liquid perfume of caressing intricacy
