Peak
Psagot Peak is a blend of various Southern French varietals
adapted for the Israeli climate: Syrah, Petite Syrah, and Mourvèdre.
The wine is rich, aromatic, and compact. Black fruit, black pepper, dark chocolate,
dried flowers, and minerals. The wine has a velvety texture, with an acidic tone
to complement. This wine is expected to age well.

Grapes are harvested from several vineyards in the Judean mountains, 900 meters above sea level.

Aged for 12 months in French wood barrels.

Made from Syrah, Petite Syrah, and Mourvèdre varietals.

Grapes for our Peak wine are manually harvested at dawn and undergo careful inspection.
