Grapes used in our Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon come from vineyards north of Jerusalem. The wine is elegant, with a rich structure and a long finish: a powerfully classic Cabernet Sauvignon with rich tones of cassis, forest fruit, plum, cherry, and raspberry.

Grapes are harvested from several vineyards north of the Judean mountains, 900 meters above sea level.
Barrel aging
Aged for 13 months in French wood barrels.
