Psagot Red 7 is a blend of all of Psagot’s red varietals, harvested in the sabbatical year. This wine is bold, powerful, and fruity. Black, red, and purple fruit, with hints of green, and a tight, compact body. The wine is wonderful on its own, and goes well with slow-cooked stews and deep flavors. The wine was launched with a social goal in mind: to offer our customers high-quality wine at a reasonable price. The wine bears kedushat sheviit from the Otzar Beis Din of Gush Etzion.
Grapes are harvested from several vineyards north of the Judean mountains, 900 meters above sea level.
Aged for 3 months in French wood barrels.
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Petite Syrah varietals.
Grapes for our 7 Red wine are manually harvested at dawn and undergo careful inspection.
