Psagot White 7 is a blend of all of Psagot’s white varietals, harvested in the sabbatical year. Refreshing and juicy with an elegant bouquet and long finish, this low-alcohol wine is great on its own on a hot summer’s day. It is also a fantastic choice for pairing with Mediterranean delicacies. The wine was launched with a social goal in mind: to offer our customers high-quality wine at a reasonable price. The wine bears kedushat sheviit from the Otzar Beis Din of Gush Etzion.
Grapes are harvested from several vineyards in the Judean mountains.
Made from Chardonnay and Viognier grapes.
Grapes for our White 7 wine are manually harvested at dawn and undergo careful inspection.
