A single vineyard varietal wine made from 100% Syrah grapes, grown in the Binyamin region at an elevation of approximately 900 meters above sea level. Aged 14 months in new French oak barrels, this wine reveals a rich tapestry of dark fruits\u2014raspberry and blueberry\u2014harmoniously interwoven with subtle oak spice. Psagot Yakir was created in honor and memory of Yakir Hexter z\u201dl<\/a> <\/strong>(1997\u20132024), who gave his life defending his people and his land in battle against Hamas in Gaza. Yakir, the son of Josh Hexter\u2014Psagot Winery\u2019s first winemaker\u2014lived life with passion, vitality, and an inspiring balance between structure and spirited enthusiasm. An architecture student, a talented bartender, a passionate athlete, he brought joy and warmth to everyone fortunate enough to know him.<\/p>\n

This wine reflects Yakir\u2019s spirit\u2014a deep connection between love, family, and heritage.
