Grapes for Psagot Chardonnay are harvested from vineyards
planted upon soft chalk rocks north of Jerusalem The wine is fermented in new French wood barrels and has a concentrated, acidic body. It is rich and aromatic, and mildly alcoholic, which makes it perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes.
Grapes are harvested from several vineyards north of the Judean mountains, 900 meters above sea level.
Aged for 4 months in new French wood barrels.
Made of 100% Cahrdonnay grapes.
Chardonnay grapes are manually harvested at dawn and undergo careful inspection.
