Rosé Wines

At Psagot Winery, our Rosé wines are crafted using the traditional method. We select red and white grapes at their peak ripeness for rosé production. These grapes are gently pressed and allowed to rest on their skins for a few hours. The wine then undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring optimal flavor and quality.
